Man this is another Casey Anthony shit, we all know this bitch guilty. Man, even at first I thought Casey Anthony was innocent, but really shes a fucking whore, she kills her baby, then partys. You’re wrong Marc. Eyewitnesses placed both Raff and Knox at the crime scene and then later at a store buying cleaning supplies. Their alibis have changed several times, even going so far as to defame an innocent person. Luminol revealed mixed DNA of both Amanda and Kercher in a bathroom that looked like a slaughterhouse and then Knox’s footprints coming from that bathroom. Guilty as hell.

There was one murderer. Rudy Guede. The actual evidence indicates and incriminates him. The rest of Knox and Rafaelle’s conviction is based on character assassination, half truth, lies, distortion and tainted evidence. I’ve now read everything available about the murder and trial. I am not able to pronounce guilt or innocence, but I can with surety say, there is no evidence to convict either of them. This is a miscarriage of justice.

Most know that Rudy Guede plead guilty? Actually he didn’t and that is a pretty significant mistake for someone who seeks to speak with authority on the case.

Clint van Zandt has a distinguished background in law enforcement with special expertise in criminal profiling. I wonder if he would speak to that issue in the case of Amanda Knox. By all means you go where the evidence takes you but in the case of Ms Knox the prosecution is alleging a crime that would have no parallel in history.

Female participation in sexually motivated homicides is rare but not unheard of. The problem is the where women are involved there is invariably a male master manipulator driving them on. There is no case ever of a female ring leader directing her two boy toys to sexually assault her roommate. It’s never happened before and it didn’t happen here.

I would like to request that Mr. van Zandt take a fresh look at the case. I feel certain that if he does he will reach the same conclusions as another former FBI agent with an interest in the case, Steve Moore.
