While it is currently anyone’s guess as to why a 43-year-old “armed to the teeth” former Virginia man would be wandering around a Sommerset, New Jersey strip mall at 4 AM, hopefully the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) will soon have some answers. Evidently Lloyd R. Woodson got the attention of a store clerk as he loitered near the store, perhaps, in the clerk’s mind, casing the store for a robbery.
